H. Bowman (\u00ab&nbsp;concours Bowman&nbsp;\u00bb) est le premier concours en droit fiscal au Canada et a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 en l\u2019honneur de l\u2019honorable Donald G. H. Bowman, ancien juge en chef de la Cour canadienne de l\u2019imp\u00f4t. Le concours est administr\u00e9 par un comit\u00e9 compos\u00e9 de juges et d\u2019avocats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9tudiants plaident sur deux journ\u00e9es dans deux rondes pr\u00e9liminaires et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, les demi-finales et la finale devant un jury de trois juges. Les gagnants sont annonc\u00e9s lors d\u2019un d\u00eener le dernier jour du concours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2017, le concours Bowman est devenu bilingue en permettant les \u00e9tudiants de plaider et de pr\u00e9parer leurs arguments \u00e9crits dans la langue officielle de leur choix.
